Dr. Snell has been practicing medicine since 1995. He attended medical school at the University of Arkansas Medical Center. He did his residency in Otolaryngology and Head & Neck Surgery at Georgetown University.            Dr. Snell is Board Certified by American Board of Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery.

Dr. Kaiser has been practicing medicine since 1982. He attended medical school at Harvard Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts. He did his residency in Otolaryngology and Head & Neck Surgery at Washington University in St. Louis. Dr. Kaiser  is Board Certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery.
